About the race

Höga Kusten Swimrun is a unique race in a truly amazing environment. The competitors run and swim in the heart of the High Coast region, along the spectacular coast and over Sweden's highest Island Mjältön.

New for 2019 – there are three different courses: Extreme / Experience / Family and Friends. Teams of two in all classes, but it is also allowed to race solo in the Experience category.

The Extreme has a total distance of 41 km, of which 6 km is swimming and 35 km is running.

The course starts at Entré Nord in the High Coast Area and finishes at Friluftsbyn in Skule. Most of the course goes through the woods, but also lingers on beautiful trails and gravel roads. Some of the trails are very technically demanding. The swim sections are between 340 and 867 meters long.

A bus transport will take the racers from the registration at Friluftsbyn in Skule to the start at Entré Nord in the High Coast Area.
